A French legal-tech company needed to launch a document management SaaS portal for law firms across France and Belgium. GDPR compliance was non-negotiable — their clients handle highly sensitive personal data. Previous vendors had promised 'GDPR-ready' deliverables that didn't survive a DPO review.

We built the portal from a GDPR-first specification: consent architecture designed before any data collection, all processing documented in a data-flow map, EU-region hosting on AWS Paris, and a complete data processing agreement as a project deliverable. Bilingual EN/FR routing was built into the architecture from day one.

The portal launched on schedule. On first external GDPR audit, zero findings were raised. The data-flow map and DPA documentation provided by Prime Digital Labs were cited by the auditor as best-practice examples.
